We were lost finding our way here, so we were late for our reservation for about 30mins. They emailed us to double confirmed and waited. Please make sure you walk into the food hall area to find this shop. Service was good, speaks English and peaceful place to enjoy our Kobe beef after a whole day walk. Food was good too! The presentation of the Fujiyama steak was great, my kids loved it. Overall beef was tender and juicy.
